As a System Administrator with a focus on Jira, you’ll take ownership of our Atlassian Jira environment. Ensuring stability, scalability, and the continuous improvement of digital workflows across the EOS Group.

This is the job

  • Administer and maintain our on-premise Jira Datacenter system (updates, versioning, monitoring, security).
  • Design and implement custom workflows, screens, and fields for different EOS teams and departments.
  • Support and manage process automation and digitalization initiatives, helping departments to streamline manual processes using Jira functionalities (e.g. automation rules, notifications, custom triggers).
  • Prepare and participate in the migration from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud (AWS) in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into Jira-based solutions.

This is what you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Jira Administrator, ideally covering both on-premise and Atlassian Cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Bash
  • Experience with process automation and digitalizing processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with a hands-on attitude and ownership mindset
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical implementations
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
