In the Regional Management Team at EOS, you take ownership of complex transactions and manage international investments with strategic foresight. In a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and a high degree of personal responsibility,  you will play a crucial role within our Holding, supporting our subsidiaries in optimizing their operational collections processes and enhancing profitability.

This is the job:

  • Advising Subsidiaries: Provide strategic guidance to subsidiary companies to optimize their operational processes and efficiently manage their debt portfolios. You base your advisory on understanding the legal background and the collection tools and approaches 
    being used.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Assess and improve operational collections workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Identify opportunities for optimization throughout the entire collections value chain, from initial contact to final settlement.
  • Best Practice Development: Create and implement standardized methods and processes to enhance efficiency and financial returns.
  • International Collaboration: Connect knowledge holders from local subsidiaries and foster the exchange of best practices on an international level.
  • Monitoring and Controlling: Regularly review performance metrics and develop continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of the subsidiaries and the management of EOS Holding to achieve operational goals and leverage group-wide synergies.

This is what you bring to the table:

  • You have extensive experience in the collections industry or banking sector with strong knowledge in receivable management.
  • You have a deep understanding of operational collections processes and structures, with a focus on financial performance and based on legal expertise.
  • You present yourself confidently – both nationally and internationally – and impress with your analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Self-leadership, ownership, and the ability to operate securely and solution-oriented in an international context is your USP. 
  • You are fluent in English and navigate management-level interactions with ease.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within Europe and work competently and proactively in a dynamic, international environment.
